As most of you probably noticed, I have started designing and selling hand illustrated t-shirts! What fun THAT is! Stepping a little away from the photographer world, I have designed a new shirt focusing on something very important to myself as well as quite a few of you.  I have quite a few close friends who are very involved in Autism Awareness and children on the spectrum, so, I’ve decided to give a little back to a cause that so deserves a little recognition. I plan on donating a portion of all sales of the t-shirts to one or two schools at the end of April as to hopefully help them out, allowing them to purchase items they may need for the kiddos! I firmly believe in donating to a good cause, especially ones that focus solely on the children. So with that said…..Please take a peek at one of the schools I will be donating to.  I have also had the pleasure of working with them in the past, as I did their logo design for the school a few months back.

Beyond The Spectrum

Beyond The Spectrum is a non-profit therapeutic clinic and education center for children with autism in Sarasota, FL that services all surrounding counties. The education center at Beyond the Spectrum offers educational programs that currently service children grades K-12, as well as a social skills program that services ages 4 through adult. Our student to teacher ratio does not exceed 4:1. Our goal is to provide a positive, family-friendly environment, all the while keeping services affordable to parents.

Our Mission

Our mission at Beyond the Spectrum is to serve the children and families in our community affected by autism and related disorders. By providing individualized therapeutic and educational services and utilizing the expertise of our professionally trained staff, our goal is for each child to achieve their highest potential in a safe, caring and family friendly environment.

Beyond the Spectrum is a small school. The reason for this is to offer our children 1 on 1 therapy support while in the educational room to give them the support that they need. We are run strictly on donations. We currently have 26 students. All funding that comes in to our school goes to purchase Ipads for each student, or direct needs to help with scholarships, or classroom needs specific to each childs need.

The tees are athletic fit, not too boxy, not too slim! The tees are also super soft and not like most sports/cause tee’s. I hope to be offering childrens sizing as well. Sizes from S – XXL Adult.
