Change is good….right?

Some big changes are coming to OTSS. Changes I have thought long and hard about and in some ways, it breaks my heart to have to even put this out there for you guys.

As most of you know (if you follow me on Facebook) I am  taking a limited number of slots for the summer. I am currently scheduling my summer sessions ( May thru August ) and once those are scheduled, new orders will not begin until September. Starting MARCH 4, 2013 the OTSS store will only be offering the following items for purchase (prices are posted beside them ) :

Logo Design :

-Handlettered Logo Design – $400

-Standard Logo Design – $275

-Simple Logo Design (Text Only) – $200

-Premade Logo Designs (when available) – $100

 

Deluxe Packages :

-Deluxe Handlettered Design

(includes Handlettered logo design, business card design, letterhead design & coordinating circle logo design) – $550

-Deluxe Standard Design

(includes standard logo design, business card design, letterhead design & coordinating circle logo design) – $400

-Deluxe Simple Design

(includes simple logo design, business card design, letterhead design & coordinating circle logo design) – $300

 

The Super Deluxe Design Package : $1000

(includes Handlettered logo design, Business Card design, Letterhead design, coordinating circle logo design, as well as the physical inked hand lettered artwork that I used to create your logo design ready to be framed and be hung in your studio and signed by me)

 

Illustrated Artwork Prints :

Each Print will be limited to 25 Sales. Once the print is gone, there will be no more sold. All illustrated prints are hand drawn by myself and sometimes digitally colored. You will receive an actual print via snail mail and signed by myself.

Pricing starts at $25 for all art prints (depending on size)

 

OTSS Fonts :

All fonts added to the OTSS site will be priced from $1-$5 but never over $10 (usually used for bundled font packages)

 

OTSS Planner Notebooks :

OTSS 2013-2014 Planner Notebooks will be listed on site until they are sold out. Once they are gone, they are gone for this year. – $50

I’m sure if you’ve made it this far, you’re probably freaking out a bit. So am I (haha!) What about ala carte marketing materials, you ask? Why is the price on Handlettered and Standard Logo Design going up? Let me explain. Ala carte Marketing materials will not offered any longer. I have actually set up bundled items, that include the prime marketing materials : Business Card, Letterhead and coordinating circle logo design.

Why the price  changes? Because I have changed my process to serve you better. I now spend on average, 3-4 hours per night hand lettering your design to give you something completely unique to you as well as making sure you get my absolute BEST work. It’s only fair, if you pay for it, I should give you all I’ve got to give. Its that simple. It’s what you deserve when you hire me. The very best.

If you’ve made it this far, let me say, thank you. Seriously.

I am actively pursuing other alternative items to both offer myself AND you. I need a better balance of my family/time/work. I need a personal creative outlet for me. I truly, honestly hope you guys understand why things are changing around OTSS. I have changed as a designer, I have grown, I have evolved, and now, I can honestly say to you, I am at my very best (design wise) right now and I only hope to get (and give you!) even better.

2013 – 2014 Planner Notebook by OTSS

The OTSS Planner notebook is not your normal daily or monthly planner. It is designed very simply, so that you can easily manage all client scheduling, dates, appointments, etc. all while taking notes about them on the opposite page to keep everything nice and neat. Also, if you’re like me, there’s no need for excess white space : none of the scheduling boxes are numbered or dated, allowing you to use the planner in your own way of organized chaos.

I’d love to have an iPad mini, mostly so I could use it for business… I’d love to have my contracts signed on there, use it to take credit cards for payments, and use an ap like Preveal for ordering.
